We wanted to show a conceptual design without a loft bedroom, but still with several multi use spaces. The main sleeping area, with its own on-suite, is using an elevator bed over the lounge area. It also features a separate fold down balcony behind french doors.
In the rear, we created a desk area, with a bunk murphy bed. A powder room and stacked laundry is also shown here. Of course we have the large chef kitchen with the bifold Window Door Entertainment wall and main deck.
Floor Plan
The floor plan shows the large master bath, spacious kitchen with dining space and rear area with work desks, beds, half batch, and laundry.
Multiple disappearing beds
The top two pictures shows the elevator bed in the up and down position. The lower two pictures shows the rear workdesk/murphy bed design.
Bath and a half plus laundry
The left shows the shower in the master bath, while the two on the right show the barn door in the rear area that alternatively closes the powder room or hides the stacked laundry.

There is plenty of space and light in the kitchen, here using a range with oven and then a full height fridge.
