The focus on this design was to create a more traditional dedicated main floor bedroom and bath. The bedroom is rather large with full length closets and a changing area. Across from the chefs kitchen is a full size bathroom with shower and laundry. The upstairs area has a lounge area with a sofa bed and storage/loft above the bathroom.
Floor Plan
The floor plans shows the bedroom in the rear, center kitchen, bathroom (under the loft/storage), and front lounge. Bifold Door Window Entertainment Wall and pull out deck.
Large Main bedroom
There is a dedicated large main floor bedroom. This shows a step up to accommodate optional extra storage below. Two large closets and a dressing area.
Full size bathroom
Next to the kitchen is a large full size bathroom with standing shower. Full size washer and dryer is at the bottom in the wall, under the floor.
Chefs Kitchen
Centered in the home with the large window wall opening, the kitchen is spacious with plenty of counterspace and residential appliances.
Lounge area
Front lounge with sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and access to storage/loft area. Large windows provide light and brings outside in.
